Hey there!

Welcome to the Black Diamonds Fitness blog. Here I will motivate, offer tips and advice, dispel myths, and ultimately make sure that all who take these words to heart will be set up to accomplish all of their fitness goals. Let’s lay out who will benefit from this series.

If you have a wedding or other special event fast approaching and you want to look and feel your best, this is for you. If you are overweight and your doctor says losing weight is a must or else your health is in jeopardy, this is for you. If you are young and looking to to maximize your strength while sculpting the body you desire without hours of grueling cardio or boot camps, this is for you. And if you are tired of being sold lies, myths, and empty promises of the fad diet and miracle workout varieties, this is for you!

My approach employs a scientific and calculated approach combined with compassionate instruction. Before we go any further I must start by saying that if you are looking for a magic weight loss formula, I’m sorry but it simply DOES NOT EXIST; therefore, you won’t find it here. I do, in fact, have a formula but there is nothing magical about it. That said, if you have no desire in being leaner, stronger, or otherwise improving on your natural endowments then I’m afraid you found the wrong site. Finally, if you are not ready to adopt a lifestyle in which your best self is manifested and sets you up to enjoy life to the fullest, then this is not for you.

Now that the housekeeping is complete, I invite you to join me on this journey if it is your time. No matter how intimidated or unsure you might be, I encourage you to take this first step.
