My Philosophy

With the Black Diamonds coaching and strategy guides NONE of that is required. Before deciding to dedicate my life to health and wellness, my formal background was in chemistry. I always take a scientific approach to any challenge that I face, and I base my methods on solid facts and validated information. Hi, I am Chris Becton, weight management and strength coach of Black Diamonds Fitness and I am ready to serve you today. Check out my own personal 8 week transformation below.
Are you wondering how you can change your life with health and fitness? In 2012 I was just like you. I had a poor diet, bad habits, and a body to reflect it. By 2014 I had enough and finally decided that it was time to make a change. Over the months that followed I did tons of research and tried several diet and training protocols. The truth is, that as far as changing my body I found success in each of them, but I learned the pros and cons as well. This was the beginning of what became my philosophy.
Getting in shape should be enjoyable, easy, and efficient. These are my three E’s. I eventually became a certified personal trainer so that I could share all that I had learned with others. Your wellness doesn’t have to consist of you giving up your favorite foods or subjecting yourself to uncomfortable workouts day in and day out. All it takes is as little as 3 hours of your time per week to completely transform your body and regain your life!
